Eldredge Brothers Waterproof Fly Boxes, available in 3 different options.  A small nymph/dry box (5.5"x3.75"x1.5")*, a large nymph/dry box with removable leaf (8"x4.5"x2")*, and a streamer box (8"x4.5"x2")*.  All 3 use the slit style foam.  Rugged, high capacity fly boxes very similar to some of the leading fly boxes on the market but at a fraction of the cost.
